The next generation of Flat Roofing Systems
Approved installers of Topseal GRP Fibreglass roofing Systems

What is a GRP Fibreglass Roofing System?
GRP, (Glass-fibre, Fibre-glass roofing) is a flat roofing system which is now becoming popular in the domestic and commercial sectors. It's stunning finishes have left customers with the satisfaction of having a hardwearing waterproof finish which will stand up to the elements for a minimum of 25 years.
A Chopped strand fibre-glass mat is laid onto the roof and saturated in polyester resin until all of the air has been worked out. It is then allowed to set hard before a final UV protective topcoat (in any colour), is applied, to create a beautiful looking solution to an otherwise un-attractive flat roof.
Our GRP roofs are laid by our in-house trained installers, we do not use sub-contractors.
We travel all over the UK and Western Europe installing our GRP system to roofs, ponds and GRP swimming pools.
Stace Contracts have successfully carried out over 1000 GRP flat roof installs since 1999.

Other Systems:
Kemper is a high quality overlay system which is designed primarily for use where the removal of the existing roof coverings is difficult. It is similar to the GRP system although a fleece mat is used in a more flexible resin composition.
Kemper is designed for larger roof areas such as factories, schools, colleges, universities and other large buildings. It comes in many colours and finishes and also in a solvent and odour free system which is more suited for sensitive locations such as schools and food factories.
Kemper carries a 20 year guarantee and is widely used all over Europe. More information can be found on the Kemper website at www.kemper-system.co.uk
